About me
"Alejandra Ramos Gómez (Nadxieelii) is a Boston-based artist, cultural promoter, and educational consultant from the US-Mexico border. Her debut bilingual poetry book, Imperfecta, published by Alegría Publishing, explores the intersectionality of the experiences of women, Latinas, and immigrants. Her work has appeared in international media, including Better, Chachalaca Review, Ms. Magazine, NPR's Latino USA, Plan International, ReVista Harvard Review of Latin America, TEDx, UNICEF, and Visible Magazine. Alejandra holds a BA in Political Science and Linguistics, a Master's in Bilingual Education from Southern Methodist University, and a Master's in Human Development and Education specializing in Arts and Learning from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is passionate about telling bilingual stories, authentically representing diverse communities in artistic expression, and honoring intergenerational experiences through art and education. "
