About me
"Lynne Shapiro is the author of three poetry books, To Set Right (WordTech Editions), Gala (Solitude Hill Press), and Drone Poem (Letra Muerta, Inc., in MOMA’s collection), Bee Spoke, a micro-chapbook (Origami Poems), and a forthcoming bilingual prose chapbook, Ants Passiflora and Me, also from Letra Muerta, Inc. Lynne co-edited Dark As A Hazel Eye: Coffee and Chocolate Poems (Ragged Sky Press) and has been published in such anthologies as Migrations and Home: The Elements of Place (Natureculture LLC), Decomposition: An Anthology of Fungi Inspired Poems (Lost Horse Press) and Eating Her Wedding Dress A Collection of Clothing Poems (Ragged Sky Press). Lynne has been an artist in residence in Santa Lucia, Spain, Sefrou, Morocco and East Sussex, England. She lives in Hoboken, New Jersey, with her dog, River, and is currently at work on a poetry chapbook tentatively titled, Like a Corncrake in Orkney."
